PP COMPOUNDS & GRANULES

Overall, Polypropylene Compound is a versatile material that is widely used in various industries. This type of thermoplastic polymer that is made from the combination of polypropylene resin with other additives and fillers. Moreover, we offer PP Compound in granules form as per clients’ requirements. For instance, these versatile, pellet-shaped Poly Propylene Granules are the building blocks for countless products, from sturdy car parts to gleaming food containers.

In addition to their versatility, PP granules boast incredible durability and chemical resistance, making them ideal for enduring everyday wear and tear. Their lightweight nature minimizes strain on structures, while their low melting point enables efficient moulding into intricate shapes. Thus, if you need dazzling colors or a touch of texture, no problem! Pigments and additives can be readily accepted, tailoring them to your exact vision.

ABS COMPOUNDS & GRANULES

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) is an impact resistant engineering thermoplastic is similar to Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate (ASA plastic). ABS Compounds is made up of three monomers: acrylonitrile, butadiene and Styrene, which increased toughness and impact resistance.

Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, ABS Plastic is an opaque engineering thermoplastic widely used in electronic housings, auto parts, consumer products, pipe fittings, logo, toys and many more. We manufactures ABS Compounds as ABS Plastic Granules are small grains of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene available in Multicolor, Milky White, White Reprocessed, Green and Blue Color.

POLYCARBONATE (PC) COMPOUNDS & GRANULES

Polycarbonates (PC) are thermoplastics. PC Compounds generally have a crystallite content of less than 5% and are therefore considered amorphous. Polycarbonates granules are transparent and colorless. They can, however, be colored.

PC compound & granules are used in productions where other plastics are too soft, too fragile, too scratch-sensitive, too little dimensionally stable or not transparent enough. In addition, polycarbonate as a transparent plastic is, like polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) or styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN), commonly used as a glass alternative. Compared to brittle glass, polycarbonate is lighter and more impact resistant.

PC ABS Alloy Compounds & Granules

PC ABS alloy compounds are a type of thermoplastic polymer that offers a unique combination of properties, making them suitable for a wide variety of applications. These granules are composed of polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), two commonly used plastics with distinct characteristics. By blending these materials, PC/ABS alloy granules inherit the strengths of both PC and ABS, resulting in a versatile and high-performance material. This combination of materials gives PC/ABS alloy granules a unique set of properties that makes them ideal for many different applications.

Poly Methyl Methacrylate (PMMA)

Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) compounds, also known as acrylic, acrylic glass or plexiglass, is a transparent thermoplastic that is often used in film form as a lightweight or splinter. PMMA Compounds is a resistant alternative to glass. PMMA is an economical alternative to polycarbonate (PC) where tensile strength, flexural strength, transparency and UV compatibility are more important than impact resistance, chemical resistance and heat resistance. It is often preferred because of its moderate properties, ease of handling, processing, and low cost.

Nylon Compounds & Granules

Polyamides (PA) are linear polymers with regularly repeating amide bonds along the main chain. The term polyamides are commonly used as a term for synthetic, technically usable thermoplastics. Almost all important polyamides are derived from primary amines. Polyamides are partially crystalline thermoplastic polymers. Polyamides are often used as construction materials because of their excellent strength and toughness. Nylon compounds & nylon granules are a type of engineering thermoplastic that is made from a mixture of nylon resin, fillers, and additives.

Poly Butylene Terephthalate (PBT) Compounds & Granules

Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT, PTMT) is a thermoplastic. PBT Compounds is one of the polyesters and has properties similar to those of semi-crystalline polyethylene terephthalate (PET), but is more suitable for injection molding because of its more favorable cooling and processing behavior.

Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) compound is widely used because of its high performance strength, rigidity, very high dimensional stability (significantly better than those of POM or PA) and good friction.

As a PBT materials manufacturer, we provide PBT in the form of PBT compounds, stock shapes, and, upon request, PBT Granules. They are small, plastic pellets derived from the polymerization of terephthalic acid and butanediol. This combination results in a robust, semi-crystalline thermoplastic known for its exceptional: Mechanical Strength, Heat Resistance, Chemical Resistance and Electrical Insulating Properties. PBT is well suited for the manufacture of a wide range of components. As a result, we provide a variety of additional processing techniques. PBT material can be machined or extruded into PBT profiles at Bakelite Engineering, depending on the application.
